Whether you’re a serious athlete or a recreational exerciser, you are not going to get the most out of your training sessions without a healthy varied diet that provides the energy and nutrients for your body to be able to perform and recover from physical activity. Having studied at New York’s Natural Gourmet Institution for Food and Health, Kimberly offers each client complete diet and nutrition assessments and will create customized diet and nutrition programs that are integrated with their exercise, training goals, lifestyle, medical and over all heath requirements.

For clients who are interested in extensive nutritional assessments and programs targeting specific medical conditions, KM Sessions has partnered with Lara Sutton, a Registered Dietitian with a Master of  Science in Clinical Nutrition.
